Team Lead Janitorial Technician

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, tracking and monitoring supply inventory etc. This account is an after hour accounts that must be cleaned Monday through Saturdays. Estimated cleaning time is 2.5 hours nightly. Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly conditionPerform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floorsPerform routine maintenance tasksOrganize custodial closets and spacesMaintain working condition of cleaning equipmentmust be available to work on Friday nights or Saturday Qualifications: Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively.Ability to handle a physical workload.Ability to lift 15 lbs.Strong attention to detail a must.Strong organizational skills.Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
