ST6 Insurance Group is seeking an experienced, motivated Team Lead Insurance Broker to help drive the success of our growing sales organization. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an insurance professional who enjoys mentoring others, leading by example, and helping clients make informed insurance decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners and families for scheduled in-home insurance consultations.
  • Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process from consultation to policy completion.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Mentor, support, and encourage team members through coaching and collaboration.
  • Lead by example by maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer care.
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing development of new sales professionals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
  • Represent ST6 Insurance Group with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Required: Active Life & Health previous insurance sales experience, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to coach, motivate, and support team members, self-motivated with a positive attitude, excellent organizational and time management skills, valid driver's license and reliable transportation, commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • PREFERRED: Experience mentoring or leading a sales team, in-home sales or consultative sales experience, strong relationship-building and client retention skills, experience managing performance goals and supporting team development.
