What You'll Do
- Help grow and lead efforts in various markets.
- Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses to protect them against financial loss.
- Evaluate a client's specific needs, financial status, and risk profile to recommend suitable coverage options.
- Manage insurance policies to ensure clients have the best coverage.
- Create proposals for clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various methods.
- Prepare insurance proposals, negotiate terms and premiums, and process applications and renewals.
- Assist clients with claims inquiries and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.
- Provide education on risk management and best practices to minimize exposure.
- Maintain a professional office appearance.
- Learns by participating in educational opportunities and maintains personal networks.
- Demonstrate patience, humility, and comfort in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers of varying technical knowledge levels.
- Adhere to Aspire Insurance policies, procedures, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Minimum five years' experience in a progressive insurance sales and growth position with commercial sales background.
- Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients.
- Personal or commercial insurance experience as an underwriter, producer agent, or operations manager.
