This leadership opportunity is ideal for an insurance professional who enjoys mentoring others, leading by example, and helping clients make informed insurance decisions.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners and families for scheduled in-home insurance consultations.
• Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process from consultation to policy completion.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Mentor, support, and encourage team members through coaching and collaboration.
• Lead by example by maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing development of new sales professionals.
• Monitor sales activity and help promote a positive, goal-oriented team environment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Represent ST6 Insurance Group with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Required:
• Active Life & Health previous insurance sales experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• PREFERRED:
• Mentoring or leading a sales team
• In-home sales or consultative sales experience
• Strong relationship-building and client retention skills
• Experience managing performance goals and supporting team development
