Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and families for scheduled in-home insurance consultations.
- Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process from consultation to policy completion.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Mentor, support, and encourage team members through coaching and collaboration.
- Lead by example by maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing development of new sales professionals.
- Monitor sales activity and help promote a positive, goal-oriented team environment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Represent ST6 Insurance Group with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Active Life & Health previous insurance sales experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
