Full Time Roles

Job Responsibilities

• Leadership & Staffing: Trains, coaches, and evaluates staff performance, including progressive discipline
• Operational Excellence: Manages daily operations such as opening/closing procedures, equipment maintenance, and facility readiness
• Guest Service & Safety: Delivers "Epic Service" by resolving complex guest issues, maintaining high safety standards, and conducting employee training
• Communication & Support: Liaises between staff and management to ensure effective pass-downs, often involving collaboration with security or local law enforcement

Job Requirements

• Experience: Often requires 1–5 years of previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, security, or guest services
• Physical Ability: Must be able to work outdoors in, sometimes extreme, alpine weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
• Skills: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel) and proficiency in English
• Schedule: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check

• Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $27.05/hr
