The Team Lead will perform all the functions of a DSP and assists the Residential Manager in ensuring quality of services provided, health and safety of the individuals served, and DSP training, support, and supervision. Essential Functions And Responsibilities Assist with DSP training, support, and supervision.Support of program and house specific orientation functionsSupport of staff trainingMentorship of new staff during shadowing periodOngoing coaching and role modeling for staffSupport of staff meetingsHelp develop and manage staffing schedule in accordance with Plan of Care.Assist with management of program and individual documentation as requiredCompletion, collection, review, submission, and/or tracking of documentation Assist with individual medication and healthcare coordination functionsAssist in financesResponsible for ensuring that the individual’s home is safe, clean and in good repair.Monitor proper diet, meal planning and shoppingEnsure that monthly safety drills are conductedAssisting in crisis situationsMust report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head.
