Team Lead- Domestic Violence Case Manager

Our mission is to provide safety, support, and a brighter future for those who need it most. From domestic violence shelters to homes for aged-out foster youth, we serve over 7,000 people annually.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to trauma-informed care practices and other evidence-based models in service delivery.
• Supervise a team of case managers and coordinate shelter and community outreach services.
• Evaluate the work of assigned staff to ensure superior quality and effective resource utilization.
• Provide supervision and set goals for assigned staff.
• Serve as the lead advocate for residents and community families, ensuring access to services and resources.
• Process intakes and referrals, conduct assessments, develop case plans, and implement interventions to meet client needs.
• Participate in the on-call rotation system.
• Perform other duties as determined by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
• 3-5 years combined experience in a social services field and/or supervisory role.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member with diverse backgrounds.
• Conflict resolution and/or crisis intervention skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Able to work on call.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
• 3-5 years combined experience in a social services field and/or supervisory role.
