Job Summary
The Domestic Violence Case Manager provides case management/advocacy services in the Domestic Violence Shelter to assist clients who are victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients in setting goals to be completed during their shelter experience
- Providing support groups and life skills
- Linking clients with appropriate agency and community resources
- Advocating on the victim’s behalf
- Maintaining a shelter environment conducive to client success
- Providing rapid rehousing housing services

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social services or related field preferred OR an Associates with 2-3 yrs experience OR high school diploma with 4 yrs experience required
- 1 yr. experience in a social work/human services setting
- 1 yr. of case mgmt. experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Supportive Services Knowledge
- Trauma Informed Care Trained
- Rehousing services knowledge or experience
