About the role
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and leading by example. As a Team Lead, you'll welcome customers, assist them in selecting wash packages and membership options, process transactions, support wash operations, and help ensure every customer leaves completely satisfied with their experience.

Responsibilities
- 90% customer service and sales: greet customers, recommend wash packages and memberships, process transactions
- 10% site upkeep: cleaning and maintaining the facility
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Working outdoors
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
Pay
$19.00/hour base pay plus commission on sales and daily cash tips. Structured bonus program available.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible scheduling. On your feet most of shift, working outdoors.
