About the role
Are you a friendly, dependable leader who can create an outstanding customer experience while helping support the day-to-day operation of our full-service car wash? If so, keep reading.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and leading by example. As a Team Lead, you'll welcome customers, assist them in selecting wash packages and membership options, process transactions, support wash operations, and help ensure every customer leaves completely satisfied with their experience. Opportunity for advancement into Assistant Manager and Management roles for top performers.
Responsibilities
- 90% customer service and sales
- 10% site upkeep (cleaning/maintaining)
- On your feet most of shift
- Working outdoors
- Welcome customers and assist in selecting wash packages and membership options
- Process transactions
- Support wash operations
- Ensure every customer leaves completely satisfied
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and making recommendations
- Valid driver's license required
