Team Lead - Customer Service/Sales/Operations (Westfield, NJ)

About the role

Are you a friendly, dependable leader who can create an outstanding customer experience while helping support the day-to-day operation of our full-service car wash? This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and leading by example. As a Team Lead, you'll welcome customers, assist them in selecting wash packages and membership options, process transactions, support wash operations, and help ensure every customer leaves completely satisfied with their experience. Responsibilities

• 90% customer service and sales
• 10% site upkeep (cleaning/maintaining)
• Welcome customers and assist with wash package and membership selection
• Process transactions
• Support wash operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and making recommendations

Pay

$19.00/hour + Commission + Cash tips
