Duties
- Motivate your valued team of Sales Associates
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and communicating with customers

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates
- Ensure all associates adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Train and develop team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of retail experience
- Experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
