Team Lead - Creative Services Marketing

Supports the development and execution of design initiatives

Sets the vision and leads the team in creating high-quality creative assets for various media.

Team Leadership

• Trains, mentors, and guides the creative services team
• Maintains review process with key partners and leaders
• Provides regular and consistent status and productivity reports to marketing leadership

Collaboration

• Collaborates with other marketing team members, including Recruitment and B2B marketing teams, copywriters, and digital marketers
• Identifies and recommends improvements to design processes

Project Management

• Oversees relationship with external vendors related to design initiatives
• Oversees freelancers
• Manages workload across multiple projects

Event Support

• Supports National Meeting, Amergis Charitable Foundation (ACF), and other company events

Continuous Improvement

• Stays up-to-date on creative trends and best practices
• Audits designs and makes updates as necessary

Feedback and Quality Assurance

• Provides constructive creative feedback across design, content, and video deliverables
• Fosters a collaborative, positive team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years professional design experience
• 1–3 years of experience providing direct or indirect team leadership
• Experience collaborating across multiple creative disciplines
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Understanding of content development and video production workflows is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven understanding of core creative principles
• Adaptable to changing needs
• Illustration skills are a plus
