Team Lead

Role Overview The Shift Lead is responsible for executing restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Manager, ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, and compliance with policies and safety standards. They maintain the brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and outstanding service, while fostering a respectful team environment and supporting sales growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Ensure restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.Assist in training employees and identifying internal candidates for leadership roles.Interact professionally with guests, addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly.Use management tools to analyze performance and implement improvements.Monitor costs and ensure adherence to budgets and operational goals.Comply with labor laws and safety regulations. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old.6+ months of restaurant operations experience.Completion of Shift Lead training and ServSafe certification (in some states).Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish helpful.Basic reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
