Schedule

• First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Independently operate production equipment and support production activities as needed.
• Lead internal and external problem-solving and corrective action processes.
• Ensure all work instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards are followed.
• Engage with operators and coordinate the hourly production workforce as directed by the Supervisor.
• Monitor productivity, safety, and quality performance while working to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in scheduling product flow to support production needs and customer commitments.
• Develop, document, and implement new job processes and work procedures as needed.
• Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience:

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma concepts
• IATF experience
• Knowledge of CNC programming, Machining, Fixturing, and Tooling
• Experience in bending, welding, machining, stamping, and assembly
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• SAP experience
