Responsibilities
- Leading and working with team members, including assigning tasks, providing training, and reviewing quality of work
- Monitoring employee attendance and productivity, and implementing strategies to enhance performance
- Ensuring all employees adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Communicating with site management and customers regarding concerns, updates, and project timelines
Requirements
- Two years of warehouse experience preferred
- Six months or more of warehouse/distribution team lead experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- Basic data entry and time/attendance tracking skills
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating forklifts or other material handling equipment
- Fast-paced productivity goals and standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Availability for overtime and weekend work during peak/seasonal periods
- Ability to work in various climate conditions, including cooler/freezer environments
- Standing for 8 to 10 hours per day
- Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Additional duties as assigned

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 per hour, with no specified pay scale.
Schedule
Hours may vary based on business needs, but typically involve standing for 8 to 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
