About the role

Responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, and testing new applications. Must have strong programming skills in Java and Python, and experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new software applications using Java and Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers
• Contribute to the development of Agile processes and tools
• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality standards
• Participate in regular stand-ups and sprint planning meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of database design and SQL
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Understanding of software architecture principles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
