Team Lead Altoona

Job Purpose

To assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day store operations and store performance in meeting or exceeding budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store
• Handle daily bank deposits
• Stock the register with adequate change
• Address customer/donor needs and complaints

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience working in the Customer Service Industry
• One year of supervisor experience or 6 months as a Goodwill Team Lead Trainee

Clearances

• Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check, and Department of Human Services-FBI Fingerprints.

Supervision Received

• The Team Lead functions under the direct supervision of the Store Manager.

Supervision Exercised

• The Team Lead will supervise store employees.
