Responsibilities
- Ensure all incoming services tasks are accurately assigned and completed in a timely manner.
- Mentor and train team on various service-level tasks and activities, as needed.
- Aid internal team and the universities in adding, deleting, and changing student statuses.
- Aid internal team and students with waivers, eligibility, enrollment questions, changes, support emails, refunds, etc.
- Monitor and track group service ticket queue, completing tickets within the queue.
- Handle emergency student add requests, especially those missed from the original file.
- Support carriers and TPA’s with questions about dates and coverage periods.
- Reconcile invoices and discrepancy reports, assist accountant with monthly payments, and assist with daily deposits.
- Manage pending records and maintain a good working relationship with schools and students.
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
- Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies, and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
- Communicate with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of administrative or office management experience, including 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and common office systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
