About the role
The Team Lead at The Car Park is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing parking equipment, and acting as a mentor to new and current staff.
Responsibilities
- Helping customers with entry/exit transactions
- Maintaining parking equipment in working condition
- Promoting positive customer relations with a friendly demeanor
- Assisting with work assignments, workflow, and training new/current staff
- Fixing Hub equipment issues
- Stocking and refilling spitter and pay station tickets, and refilling receipt paper
- Counting money and preparing daily cashier reports
- Closing out events and ensuring traffic exits the facilities as needed
- Answering PARC Operation Center calls
- Working independently with little to no supervision
Requirements
- Dependability and availability to work on required days
- At least 18 years of age
- Own vehicle
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Legible handwriting
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Successfully follow verbal and written directions
- Competent to show up to work on time

- Knowledgeable in all areas of daily operation
