Team Coordinator - Warehouse P1

Responsibilities

• Supports daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, staging, and material replenishment.
• Identifies and helps resolve bottlenecks in material flow or dock operations.
• Ensures accurate Oracle/IFS transactions and supports timely system updates.
• Trains and fills in for material handlers or clerks as required to maintain throughput.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, supports cycle counts, and assists with reconciliation.
• Escalates issues related to delays, damages, shortages, or non-conformances.
• Assists in maintaining safety standards, dock cleanliness, and 5S discipline.
• PARTNERS WITH SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS TO DRIVE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND LEAN WAREHOUSING INITIATIVES.
• Completes work order Picking and ensures operation schedule demand is fulfilled.
• Communicates effectively with operations, materials management, and logistics teams to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling.
• Strong understanding of inventory movement, shipping documentation, and ERP transactions.
