Coordinator, Warehouse
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid Inventory Supervisor with daily inventory tasks: discrepancy reconciliation, inquiries, POD’s, restock/no restock justification, etc.
- Operate forklift or other equipment as required in the movement of material within the distribution center.
- Complete a daily vehicle inspection report prior to operating any equipment.
- Responsible for the proper charging of the vehicles after use.
- May perform routine preventative maintenance as required.
- Manage the daily pick wave. Sort orders and deliver to the Shipping Supervisor.
- Able to recognize issues during sorting and escalate with the proper parties to avoid negative impacts to the pick floor.
- Assist Receiving Supervisor with receiving inbounds into Oracle. Problem solve receipt issues to find the proper resolution.
- Check and manage the facility training obligations to remain in compliance.
- Train all new Specialists and perform performance spot checks within first 90 days.
- Be the SME for returns/restocks, available and ready for all audits/inspections.
- Absorb and communicate with Customers, Customer Service and Management while processing and reviewing Returns.
- Enter in productivity data weekly.
- Aid in replenishments to maintain picking productivity.
- Vendor invoice review and reconciliation for payment.
- Review and track facility licensing monthly to ensure licenses are valid and being renewed with Distribution Admin.
- Flex hours to assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Maintain professional communications with Customers, Customer Service and Management while processing and reviewing Returns.
- Adhere to all good manufacturing practices, Food and Drug guidelines and Drug Enforcement Laws.
- Perform general housekeeping duties.
- Work independently and proactively.
- Clearly communicate with management and department personnel on key issues regarding returns processing.

- Work in teams as designated. (i.e. Safety, 5S, Lean, etc)
- Flexibility to travel to other network facilities to assist with day-to-day operations in emergency situations.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Current forklift certification is required; stand-up forklift preferred.
- Motorized (electric) pallet jack certification is a plus.
- Must have strong Oracle knowledge.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
Education And Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years warehousing experience (can be a combination of customer service/customer facing job experience).
- Oracle experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Typically requires travel less than 10% of the time.
- Physical Requirements And Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- Must be able to work safely around heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
