Responsibilities
- Lead shifts with energy, urgency, and professionalism
- Set the tone for guest service, cleanliness, communication, and teamwork
- Greet guests, recommend products, support upselling, and make sure every guest feels welcomed
- Coach Team Members in the moment on customer service, product knowledge, cleaning, speed, and standards
- Hold teammates accountable to assigned tasks, side work, and closing or opening responsibilities
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and ready for business throughout the shift
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
- Support cash handling, food safety, inventory awareness, and operational procedures
- Communicate clearly with ownership and leadership about shift issues, supply needs, team concerns, and opportunities to improve
- Help train new Team Members and model the expectations we want others to follow
- Leave the store better than you found it
Requirements
- Proven reliability, strong attendance, and dependable transportation
- Previous food service, retail, restaurant, or leadership experience preferred
- Comfortable giving direction, redirecting teammates, and addressing problems respectfully
- Strong guest service instincts and confidence making recommendations
- Able to stay calm, organized, and productive during busy rushes
- Able to accept feedback, give feedback, and hold yourself to a high standard
- Mature enough to lead without drama, favoritism, or needing constant supervision
- Able to be available for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
