Job Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
Promote and lead company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.)
Contribute to the development of 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned department(s).
Establish working plans related to operational initiatives, staffing, hiring needs, operational and merchandising sets, etc. in accordance with established budgets and financial goals.
Execute plans and make adjustments as needed throughout plan duration using independent judgment and analysis of plan effectiveness.
Lead store operations across both on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience.
Manage priorities and guide your team to deliver operational excellence that directly impacts the athlete experience through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Targeted Pay Range

Targeted Pay Range: $44,500.00 - $58,500.00, based on a 38 hour work week. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
