Responsibilities
- Manage and service an assigned book of group benefits business, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other ancillary products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day support, issue resolution, and guidance on benefits-related questions.
- Coordinate new group implementations, renewals, open enrollments, and plan changes, ensuring a smooth and accurate process.
- Coordinate with the team to administer and manage our in-house Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) offering, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
- Learn, embrace, and utilize technology solutions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a harmonious and cooperative spirit within the organization.
- Perform special projects at management's request.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in health insurance, with direct exposure to group medical and ancillary benefits preferred.
- Prior exposure to benefits administration and enrollment software, including Ease and Employee Navigator.
- Hands-on experience managing or supporting Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) or other employer-funded benefit accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or combined equivalent of education and experience.
- Health License preferred.

Schedule
This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days a week, with work from home Fridays.
