Responsibilities

  • Enters and verifies vital patient information into billing system
  • Maintains CPR card, Drivers license and Auto Insurance information in team member files
  • Reviews admission packets for completeness
  • Aids in productivity oversight and works all reports as needed
  • Adds disciplines as instructed by Supervisor, approves all disciplines, including visit type, enters skills for each clinician in staff management area of scheduling package
  • Maintains utilization and productivity of contract and updates for case manager for each patient
  • Assists with daily routine paperwork and clerical duties

Requirements

  • Computer related experience for one year

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • GED

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer systems
