About the role

This part-time, Appointment-Stream position in the Department of Health Promotion and Development will serve as a Teaching Assistant Professor. The faculty member will teach and mentor students in a classroom setting, contribute to course development and delivery, support student learning and professional development, and prepare students for practice. Other duties may be assigned based on department needs. Faculty promotion opportunities are available for all ranks.

Requirements

  • An earned doctorate in nursing or a field related to the area of scholarship within the School of Nursing

  • Evidence of or potential for excellence in teaching and mentoring
  • Commitment to contributing to a learning environment that values inclusivity
