About the role
We are seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join our team in Western Ohio on a full-time basis starting the 2026-2027 school year.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver daily lesson plans
- Provide individualized assistance to students
- Regularly communicate about student progress as needed
- Maintain accurate attendance and session reports
- Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success
- Teach in a small classroom setting with most class sizes ranging from 8 to 15 students at any one time
- Work a 40-hour a week commitment, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Requirements
- B.A/B.S. degree from an accredited institution
- Active Ohio teaching license required; substitute licenses will not be considered
- Comfortable working with K -12th grade students
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs
- Reliable Transportation
