About the role
The role involves assisting teachers in the classroom, managing student behavior, and facilitating learning activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in planning and implementing lesson plans
- Manage student behavior and maintain a safe learning environment
- Facilitate learning activities and provide one-on-one support
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to enhance student outcomes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with children or familiarity with child development
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of child development and educational practices
