The Music Studio, a private, well-established school of music in Albany, New York, is seeking an exceptional, energetic teacher to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Teach comprehensive music fundamentals to small-group classes of young children
• Provide individual piano lessons to older children and adults
• Receive training in the school's custom curriculum
• Benefit from mentorship as they take on all responsibilities of faculty
• Opportunities for summer employment for additional pay

Requirements

• Degree in piano or piano pedagogy preferred
• Teaching experience required
• Excellent musicianship required
• A can-do attitude required

Benefits

This is a ten-month, salaried position with benefits.

Pay

$40,000 for a 10-month contract.
