Qualifications
- Education/Certification: Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and/or Educational Administration or a related field
- Valid Texas Teaching Certification
- Valid Mid-Management or Principal Certification preferred
- Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (TTESS) appraiser

- Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate, plan and implement state/district initiatives
- Ability to interpret and implement policy, procedures, and data
- Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities, projects and tasks
- Ability to seek resources and solutions to effectively solve problems
- Experience in mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
- Experience in applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
Experience
- Minimum of three years successful classroom teaching experience
- Experience in campus or district leadership, instructional coaching, education evaluation, assessment, or Teacher Incentive Allotment Implementation, preferred
