We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Job Summary, Essential Job Functions, Other Job Functions, Essential Job Requirements – Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required, Education Required, Licenses, Bonding and/or Testing Required, etc. Also Compensation info: Salary range, specialty stipend. Also Contract details: 159 Contract Days Temporary Contract in 2026-2027 School Year Only 1.00 FTE. Application Deadline: Open Until Filled. Apply through gbsdjobs.com. Also note: "Preference will be given to those applicants with work or lived experience with culturally, linguistically and racially diverse communities." Also "Applicants with culturally diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply." Also EEO statement etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip EEO statements, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Application Deadline: Open Until Filled. Apply through gbsdjobs.com" as application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should drop that line. Also remove "Preference will be given..."? That's not boilerplate; it's a preference statement, could be kept as part of qualifications? Might be considered part of "Preferences". But we only have headings for certain sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to map content. We have: - About the role: could be Job Summary (description of purpose). So we can put

About the role

Job Summary ...

- Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions and Other Job Functions combined? Could be under Responsibilities. Use
  • for list of duties. We have many bullet-like sentences. We'll need to extract each duty as list items. - Requirements: maybe Education Required, Licenses, etc. Or Qualifications. The posting has "Qualifications:" line with State of Oregon Teaching License etc. Also "Essential Job Requirements – Qualifications" with abilities. Also "Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required:" etc. Also "Education Required:" etc. Also "Licenses, Bonding and/or Testing Required:" etc. We need to decide sections: Could have Qualifications (license, first aid), Requirements (education, abilities), Skills (skills, knowledge, abilities), Benefits (maybe none), Pay (salary range, stipend), Schedule (contract days, FTE, school year). We must only include sections if there is real specific content. Let's extract: Pay: "Compensation: Salary and stipends will be prorated based on FTE and start/end dates of the position. 2026-2027 Annual Salary Range $45,485 - $90,087 (Based on 192/193 Day Contract). Initial placement on the salary schedule is based on education and contracted licensed experience. As a licensed employee, you are eligible to receive a specialty stipend of $2,000 if certified Multilingual in Spanish, Arabic, Ukrainian, American Sign Language, or Russian. Must pass a standardized proficiency test of language." That's specific content for Pay. Schedule: "159 Contract Days Temporary Contract in 2026-2027 School Year Only 1.00 FTE". Also maybe "Based on 192/193 Day Contract" but that's for salary range. We'll include schedule: contract days, FTE, school year. Benefits: Not explicitly listed besides stipend (which is pay). No health benefits etc. So we should not create Benefits section unless there is real content. There's none. Skills: We have "Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required:" list: Skills in planning, developing, and implementing curriculum. Effective communication skills with students, parents and other school personnel. Knowledge of instructional theory and best practices, curriculum, district, state and federal education laws, regulations and policies. Abilities to stand and walk for prolonged periods, perform a variety of specialized and responsible tasks, maintain records, establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, parent, other school personnel, meet schedule and deadlines. Significant physical abilities include lifting/carrying/reaching/handling, talking/hearing conversations, near/far visual acuity/depth perception and accommodation field of vision. Also earlier "Ability to: Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students Understanding of and ability to relate to the needs of students of different ethnic, cultural, educational, and socio-economic backgrounds Establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, co-workers, and supervisors". That's also skills/abilities. We can combine into Skills section. Qualifications: State of Oregon Teaching License with Elementary Multiple Subjects PK-12 endorsement, and current First Aid Card. Also "Highly Qualified Status for assignment", "Criminal Justice fingerprint clearance", "Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and First Aid Certificates", "Blood-borne pathogen training, as appropriate". Also "Bachelor's Degree". Also "Preference will be given to those applicants with work or lived experience with culturally, linguistically and racially diverse communities." and "Applicants with culturally diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply." Might be considered qualifications/preferences. We could have Qualifications section covering license, first aid, degree, highly qualified, fingerprint, CPR/First Aid, blood-borne pathogen training. Requirements: Could be Education Required (Bachelor's Degree) and Licenses etc. But we already have qualifications. Maybe we separate: Requirements = Education Required, Licenses, etc. Qualifications = abilities? But the instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide mapping. Let's map: - About the role: Job Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions + Other Job Functions (list of duties). - Requirements: Education Required (Bachelor's Degree) + Licenses, Bonding and/or Testing Required (teacher license, fingerprint, CPR/First Aid, blood-borne pathogen training) + Highly Qualified Status. - Qualifications: State of Oregon Teaching License with Elementary Multiple Subjects PK-12 endorsement, and current First Aid Card. Also maybe "Preference will be given..." etc. But we already used license in Requirements; maybe we should avoid duplication. Better to keep license under Qualifications (since it's a qualification). Then Requirements could be Education Required (Bachelor's Degree) and maybe "Highly Qualified Status". But the posting also says "Licenses, Bonding and/or Testing Required: Appropriate teacher's license Highly Qualified Status for assignment Criminal Justice fingerprint clearance Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and First Aid Certificates Blood-borne pathogen training, as appropriate". That seems like requirements. Thus: Qualifications: State of Oregon Teaching License with Elementary Multiple Subjects PK-12 endorsement, and current First Aid Card. Requirements: Education Required: Bachelor's Degree. Also Highly Qualified Status for assignment. Also Criminal Justice fingerprint clearance, CPR and First Aid Certificates, Blood-borne pathogen training. Skills: Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required list plus Ability to communicate etc. Pay: Compensation details. Schedule: 159 Contract Days Temporary Contract in 2026-2027 School Year Only 1.00 FTE. We should not include Benefits. Now we need to format lists with
    • . For prose, use

. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statements, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply..." That's encouragement but maybe considered boilerplate? It's a statement encouraging underrepresented groups; could be considered EEO-related. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should drop that paragraph. Also "Preference will be given to those applicants with work or lived experience with culturally, linguistically and racially diverse communities." and "Applicants with culturally diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply." Might be considered preference but could be seen as EEO-related? It's about diversity encouragement. Might be considered EEO-related. Safer to remove? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Those lines are about encouraging diverse applicants, which is EEO-related. I'd remove them to be safe. Also remove "If you are unsure whether you meet the desired qualifications of this position, or how this would be determined, please feel free to contact Human Resources to discuss your application." That's application instruction; remove. Also remove "Must pass a standardized proficiency test of language." That's part of Pay/stipend condition; keep. Now compile. Let's draft HTML:
