Contract type: Continuing FTE: 1.0. Anticipated start date: 8/19/26.

Pay

Salary: $68,707 - $135,620 per year (2025-26 SVEA Salary Schedule; 2026-27 TBD). Range based on 1.0 FTE.

Requirements

• Valid Washington State certificate with appropriate endorsement (students may submit a note stating when certificate is expected).

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.
• Deliver high-quality, differentiated Tier I instruction using Washington State standards and district-adopted curriculum, tailored to diverse learner needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to analyze student data, identify students needing Tier II supports, and provide targeted interventions.
• Communicate student progress with families and build positive relationships.
• Actively contribute to the school's Multi-Tiered System of Supports to ensure equitable outcomes for all students.

Benefits are administered by the Washington State Healthcare Authority (HCA) under the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). Eligibility is determined by anticipated work hours during the school year (September 1 through August 31). Employees scheduled to work 630 hours or more in a year are eligible.
