Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to members in need.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized plans for member success.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive care for all members.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a mental health setting.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
