Position Summary

Serving with Compassion, Creativity, and Consistency. $47,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually$2000 Sign on bonus$47,000-60,000 for Bachelors$50,000-65,000 for MastersFull Time and Part Time opportunities availableMust be NY State Certified

Responsibilities

• Create and implement lesson plans in accordance with New York State Learning Standards.
• Ensure the instructional needs of each individual student are met in accordance with the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Accommodation Plan.
• Create necessary planning documents as prescribed by specific program guidelines based upon formal and informal assessment of students' strengths and challenges.
• Complete required reports and documentation on time.
• Attend all required training and development.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience: 2 years of teaching experience required
• NYS Teacher Certification required
• Certification in Special Education preferred
