About the role
The Teacher Assistant/Bus Driver position at Washington Elementary is responsible for assisting teachers in the classroom and operating the school bus to transport students.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support
- Operate the school bus safely to transport students to and from school
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching and driving skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check

- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of child development and educational principles

Pay
The salary range for this position is $20,000 - $25,000 annually.
