Full Time Teacher Assistant Position.
About the role
Responsible for assisting teachers in high school classrooms, providing support to students, and maintaining a safe learning environment. No teaching experience is required, but child care experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with classroom management and student supervision.
- Support students with academic needs, including homework help and test preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Flexibility to work from 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
- Ability to obtain FBI, Child Abuse and Criminal Background checks.
- Completion of a physical exam and TB testing prior to start date.
