Teacher Assistant

About This Role

KIDCO in Newington, CT is seeking a qualified Teacher Assistant to work with Infant / Toddler (0–2) in a other environment. This position requires no formal credential — just relevant experience.

We are seeking part-time teacher assistants for our infant and toddler programs, available to work shifts of 12-6 or 2-6 Monday through Friday. Candidates with experience working with young children are preferred.

What You'll Do

• Ensuring a healthy and safe environment for children at all times.
• Maintaining the recommended ratio of adults to children in the classroom.
• Developing and implementing engaging daily activities that promote learning and development.
• BUILDING STRONG relationships with families through regular communication.

Requirements

Benefits
