Responsibilities

• Care! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Supports Teachers/Assistant Teachers by setting up for, and cleaning up after breakfast, lunch, and snack.
• Clean and sanitize the classroom as needed.
• Engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Qualifications

• Meets state licensing requirements for working in a school
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
• Experience working with children in some capacity preferred
• We will train!
