Key Responsibilities
- Auxiliary implementation of age-appropriate activities
- Creation and setup of daily instructional materials
- Supervision during classroom activities, outdoor play, and transitions
- Assistance with daily care routines such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and hygiene practices
- Ensuring children's safety, proper supervision, and accounting
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment
- Adherence to health and safety procedures and state licensing regulations
- Fostering positive relationships with children through appropriate behavior modeling and emotional support
- Encouraging social development through guidance, redirection, and positive reinforcement
- Building respectful and professional relationships with families
- Supporting open communication with parents and guardians
- Addressing parent questions or concerns as directed
- Collaboration with the Lead Teacher and other staff members for smooth classroom operations
- Flexibility to assist in other classrooms or duties as needed
