About the role

The Department of Pediatric Urology is seeking a qualified trained surgeon with prior experience in Pediatric Urology for a clinical faculty position at Texas Children's Hospital in Austin, Texas. This individual will be responsible for seeing patients in a clinic setting as well as performing surgery on these patients. The recruited individual will be a full-time faculty member at the level of Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery, Baylor College of Medicine.

Responsibilities

• See patients in a clinic setting
• Perform surgical procedures on pediatric urology patients

Requirements

• M.D. degree
• Successful completion of ACGME-accredited residency
• Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Pediatric Urology
• United States medical license, or completion of all United States Medical Licensing Examinations (USMLE) prior to starting the position
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
