Assistant Professor - Knoxville Urology Department

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the College of Medicine educational mission with 80% effort in education-clinical (teaching of residents/medical students); 10% effort in research (clinical projects with residents/medical students across the spectrum of urology); and 10% effort in clinical (training residents/medical students in patient/clinical settings).
• Serve as a mentor to the Urology residents and surgical training of residents and medical students.

Qualifications

• MD. Completion of Urology Residency.
• Clinical experience in trauma assessment and trauma-based intervention required.
• Child welfare experience preferred.
• TN Medical License.
• Board certified or Board-eligible by the American Board of Urology.
