Tax Supervisor
Develop specialized knowledge in at least one area of individual or business taxation.
Review and prepare individual and business tax returns (1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065)
Use research tools to support tax planning and return preparation
Identify tax planning opportunities and recommend solutions
Maintain work papers and client records; assist with client communication as needed
- Supervise and mentor tax accountants to support skill development
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- A minimum of three years work experience in public accounting
- Experience with the supervision and mentoring of other accountants
- PREFERRED: Specialized knowledge in at least one area of estate, gift or trust taxation

- Familiar with bookkeeping systems (Peachtree, QuickBooks)
- Proficient in ProSystem fx and AuditVision/linking techniques
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide confidential administrative support with tact and diplomacy
