We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented details. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Apply today..." etc. Also remove "Learn more at ey.com/us/careers." maybe considered boilerplate? It's a link but maybe part of offering? It's generic; we can drop as it's not specific benefit. Also remove "Are you ready to shape your future with confidence?" etc. Also remove "To make the most of your application experience..." etc. Also remove "EY accepts applications..." etc. Also remove "For those living in California..." etc. Also remove "Any misrepresentation..." etc. Also remove "EY | Building a better working world" etc. Also remove "EY provides equal employment opportunities..." etc. Also remove accommodation info. We need to extract substantive content: Location: Anywhere in Country (maybe location not needed as heading; we can put in a short p). The posting includes: - Intro paragraph: "At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence. We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go. Join EY and help to build a better working world." - The opportunity paragraph: "Join our globally integrated team of dedicated indirect tax professionals and you'll have the opportunity to combine your technical knowledge and industry understanding to identify risks and sustainable planning opportunities for our clients. You'll help us provide effective processes, improve day-to-day reporting, reduce attribution errors and costs, and ensure indirect taxes are handled correctly for our clients. You'll likely spend much of your time supporting client consultations and challenging the unclaimed property and escheat approach for optimal effectiveness. We'll look to you to develop strong relationships with our clients and team effectively with internal resources. To make that happen, we'll look to you to implement your knowledge of unclaimed property concepts and requirements. You can expect to be working in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is an essential part of the role." - "Your Key Responsibilities" list: bullet points: - Contributing to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive services and work products - Staying informed of current technical developments and effectively apply knowledge to client situations - Thoroughly and accurately analyze information; prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's unclaimed property situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions - Demonstrate an understanding of increasingly complex unclaimed property concepts. - Participate in and contribute to achieving team goals - "Skills And Attributes For Success" heading then "To qualify for the role, you must have" list: - A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related work experience - Technical experience related to compliance, audit defense and consulting for abandoned and unclaimed property services - Performance and process advisory experience related to unclaimed property compliance - Broad exposure to state and local taxation - Excellent organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills - Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment - "Ideally, you'll also have" list: - A minimum of 2 years of relevant unclaimed property consulting experience within a professional services environment - Ability to obtain CPA certification, Member of the US Bar or professional designation from the IPT - "What We Look For" paragraph: "We're interested in people who can manage multiple challenging tax engagements and contribute to the delivery of innovative tax planning ideas for our diverse clients. We'll look to you to develop strong relationships across a network of existing and future clients, focusing on providing insight and implementing operational efficiencies while demonstrating a solid understanding of their business." - "What We Offer You At EY" paragraph: "At EY, we harness our collective strength to empower you to shape your future with confidence through professional growth, personal fulfillment and an inclusive culture." Then "Learn more at ey.com/us/careers." (maybe drop). Then "We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business." Then salary ranges: specific numbers. Then "In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options." Then "Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being." Thus we have sections: - About the role: could combine intro and opportunity paragraphs. Could be one

or multiple. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: maybe combine "To qualify for the role, you must have" and "Ideally, you'll also have" as Requirements? Or separate Qualifications? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content for: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes. - Requirements: maybe the "To qualify for the role, you must have" list (mandatory). Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe the "Ideally, you'll also have" list (preferred). Could be Qualifications. - Skills: maybe the "Excellent organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills" etc. But those are already in Requirements list. Could also have a Skills section separate but we might combine. - Benefits: we have benefits description: medical/dental, pension/401k, paid time off, flexible vacation policy, holidays etc. - Pay: salary ranges. - Schedule: maybe mention "working in a balanced hybrid environment" and "Willingness to travel as needed". That's more about work arrangement, not schedule. No explicit schedule like full-time, part-time. Could omit Schedule section if no specific schedule info. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. We have Pay and Benefits. Schedule not stated, so omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title. No extra headings. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep all details: salary ranges, bullet points, etc. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Learn more at ey.com/us/careers." That's generic but maybe considered part of What We Offer? It's a link to learn more; could be considered boilerplate. Safer to drop. Also drop "At EY, we harness our collective strength to empower you to shape your future with confidence through professional growth, personal fulfillment and an inclusive culture." That's part of What We Offer but maybe considered boilerplate? It's somewhat generic but still part of offering. It's not a specific benefit; it's a statement. Could keep as prose under Benefits? Might be considered fluff. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. This sentence is substantive? It's a generic statement but it's in the posting. I'd keep it as part of Benefits section maybe as a

. However it's somewhat fluff but it's there. I'd keep. Also "We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business." That's also generic but part of Benefits. Keep. Now we need to format. Let's draft:
