Tax Senior - CPA

We are looking for an experienced Tax Senior to support corporate tax operations in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position focuses on preparing and reviewing income tax work, maintaining compliance across corporate tax obligations, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong technical tax knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines in a detail-driven environment. Responsibilities:• Prepare and review corporate income tax filings to support accurate and timely submission of federal, state, and local returns.• Manage corporate tax compliance activities by organizing tax data, validating supporting documentation, and monitoring key reporting deadlines.• Assist with the annual income tax provision process, including calculation support, workpaper preparation, and reconciliation of tax-related accounts.• Analyze tax records and financial information to identify reporting issues, resolve discrepancies, and improve accuracy in tax filings.• Support sales and use tax matters by reviewing transactions, researching tax treatment, and helping maintain compliance with applicable regulations.• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to gather required information, respond to tax inquiries, and support ongoing corporate tax reporting needs.• Research tax laws and regulatory updates to assess business impact and help implement changes in corporate tax processes.• Maintain clear and organized tax documentation to strengthen audit readiness and facilitate efficient review by internal and external stakeholders. • CPA designation is required. • Experience in corporate income tax and multi-jurisdiction tax compliance. • Strong working knowledge of annual income tax provision preparation and related tax accounting principles. • Familiarity with corporate tax reporting requirements, including federal and state filings. • Experience supporting or reviewing sales and use tax compliance activities. • Ability to interpret tax regulations, perform detailed analysis, and apply findings accurately. • Proficiency in managing multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.
