Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
• Work with a diverse client base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license (or EA) or eligibility to sit for the CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; experience in business services or consulting is preferred.
• Commitment to supporting and fostering aspiring career goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring solutions to the table.
• Enthusiasm for public accounting.

Pay

The compensation range for this position in California is $87,000.00 - $146,000.00. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
