Tax Senior Associate - Private Client Services
About the role
EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join the Private Client Services (PCS) team. This role is based out of our Minneapolis office.
Responsibilities
- Cook up, plan, and oversee multiple engagements that encompass consulting, compliance, and tax planning services.
- Prepare federal, state, multi-state, and international income tax returns.
- Carry out research and planning according to applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Proactively address IRS and state tax notices.
- Communicate with clients as directed by the Manager.
- Collaborate with the team to assist interns and associates.
Requirements
- Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Have 4+ years of recent tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or a mix of public/private experience.
- Experience preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts/estates, and entities.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Taxation or a relevant field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification, or parts passed towards completion, or IRS (Internal Revenue Service) Enrolled Agent Certification.
- Experience using ProSystems FX, CCH Engagement, XCM, or similar tax software.

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
