Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, focusing on personal income tax returns and closely held businesses.
- Conduct tax research into industry and government developments to identify wealth planning opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date tax knowledge and identify key planning opportunities throughout the year.
- Develop tax strategies that align with client needs and goals.
- Aid in identifying and promoting new delivery capabilities and channels to meet evolving market requirements.
- Support the partner team in developing practice strategy, objectives, and budgets.
- Coach and mentor key talent to enhance their professional skills and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in US tax consulting/compliance within public accounting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Taxation.
