Tax Senior Accountant

Location: Tampa, FL Salary: $85,000- $105,000 We are seeking a Tax Senior Accountant with 3+ years of public accounting experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing and reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S tax returns for individuals and business entities. Responsibilities Prepare and review complex 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S tax returns.Conduct tax research and provide planning recommendations.Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely completion.Review staff work and mentor junior team members.Communicate directly with clients and taxing authorities as needed.Assist with tax projections, consulting projects, and year-end planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification.3+ years of public accounting tax experience required.Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance.Experience with CCH, UltraTax, ProSystem fx, or similar tax software.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
